These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation and fulfillment of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

11. Modifications

Yieldmindsx reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance thereof.
